Why people make a joke about abusing somebody...
If some people think is funny, what a physchological reason behind this?

I don't laugh either. If a joke involves hurting somebody I do take it quite seriously and don't see sa funny side to it. However there are people who take it very lightheartedly and distant themselves from the victim and can see a funny side to the so called joke.
